The Planning Commission gathers in the Borough Building at 7:30 p.m. for an agenda review and other matters which may come before the Planning Commission, prior to the commencement of its regular meeting at 8 p.m.

Overview

The Planning Commission is an advisory board to Borough Council charged with the review of proposed subdivisions and developments within the Borough. The Planning Commission also prepares a Comprehensive Plan for the Borough every ten years and is charged with reviewing any proposed new or amended zoning and land use ordinances.

The Planning Commission consists of 9 members, appointed by Borough Council for four-year terms.
