Food Truck License

Chapter 154 of the Borough Code of Franklin Park Borough requires food trucks doing business in the Borough to first apply for and obtain a Food Truck License.  Click on the link to view the Food Truck License Requirements.

Food Truck Application Submission - can be submitted one of the following ways:

• Download the Application for Food Truck License, submit the application along with all requirements to the Municipal Building either in-person, by mail.
• Application can be completed at the Franklin Park Municipal Building and presented with all applicable requirements.

The current fee for a food truck license is $150.00.  Payment must be submitted at the time the application is submitted.  It can be delivered to the Borough building or mailed in advance to Franklin Park Borough, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA  15237.

The issued license shall be carried on the owner's person while engaged in business in the Borough, with an additional copy of the license displayed in the food truck.  The license holder shall exhibit such license, upon request, to all police officers, Borough officials and employees, and citizens or residents of the Borough.
