The cost of a municipal lien letter is $20. Make check payable to: Borough of Franklin Park. Must send a letter in writing with current property owner / address / lot and block / indicate whether refinance or sale/stamped envelope for return letter.

Franklin Park Borough has awarded the refuse contract to Waste Management of PA . For customer service please call Waste Management at 800-866-4460. Trash and recyclables are collected weekly and must be placed at the curb by 6 a.m. on the day of collection.
