Primary Election Day is April 23 Primary Election Day is Tuesday, April 23rd. Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Allegheny County Elections Division announced a polling place location change within Franklin Park Borough. This change is effective with the April 23 Primary Election. The polling place for Ward 3, District 3 formally located at Ingomar Middle School has been permanently relocated to the Unitarian Universalist Church at 2359 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
If you have any questions regarding your polling location, feel free to give the Borough offices a call at 412-364-4115, or you can find your polling place by following the link. To verify your voter registration or have any other voting questions, click on the link to the Allegheny County Election Division website. To view your sample ballot, click the link, choose Franklin Park, your ward and district and the appropriate ballot. You can also see where your polling place is located.

Spring Roadside Litter Cleanup The Franklin Park Environmental Advisory Council will be leading its 3rd Annual Roadside Litter Cleanup event, rain or shine, on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 at 10AM along Wexford Run Road between Willow Oak Drive and Valley Brooke Court. The crew will meet at 2701 Huntington Court North, Wexford, PA 15090. Police traffic control, safety vests, work gloves, and garbage bags will be provided.

The Jared Box Project Lifting the spirits of ill children is the goal of the Jared Box Project. Please consider making a donation to help Franklin Park Borough create Jared Boxes as the Junior Council Person’s community project. A Jared Box is a small storage box filled with toys, games, and activities. The boxes will be given to children at hospitals when they receive medical treatment. Please consider donating items for us to use to fill our Jared Boxes. Any donation is greatly appreciated. Donation examples include small toys, crayons, markers, coloring books, books, puzzles, pillowcases, stuffed animals, card games, etc. Monetary donations are greatly appreciated as well. Over one million Jared Boxes have been made across the country. Thank you for your consideration. Junior Councilperson Program Franklin Park Borough is currently looking for candidates for our Junior Councilperson program. To be eligible, students must be a high school junior or senior for the school year 2024/2025 and must reside in Franklin Park Borough. We are very enthusiastic about this program and the benefits it can provide both for the student and the community. Students who wish to participate in this program should submit a letter of interest and/or resume to Franklin Park Borough, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 or by email to dplatt@franklinparkborough.us. The deadline for submission is Friday, May 10, 2024.. Council will then conduct interviews of all applicants. Follow the link for the description of the Junior Councilperson Program. The Franklin Park Borough has been recognized as a 2024 Banner Community by Allegheny County and the Allegheny League of Municipalities (ALOM).
