PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, to consider Conditional Use Application CU 25-10-02 submitted by Karen Phillips for conditional use approval to allow the property located at 1630 Pegher Lane in the R-1 zoning district to be used for Animal Husbandry.
The application may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer. All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present at the above time and place and you will have an opportunity to be heard.
