TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, has changed the start time of the Wednesday, July 16, 2025 pre-meeting to 6:30 p.m. prevailing local time at the Franklin Park Borough Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road.
