PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, to consider the following conditional use application:
Conditional Use Application CU 24-10-05 submitted by Alethea Rivera-Molina for conditional use approval to allow a home occupation to sell locally grown fresh cut flowers on the property located at 2471 Nicholson Road in the R-1 Zoning District.
The application may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer. All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present at the above time and place and you will have an opportunity to be heard.
