BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK
TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County will meet on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. prevailing local time, in the meeting room of the Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237 to hold a public hearing to hear the following appeal:
Appeal No. ZH 24-03-03 An application has been filed by Glyn Ellis for a zoning variance to allow a front yard encroachment of a detached garage on the property located at 1002 Willow Lane in the R-2 Zoning District.
Appeal No. ZH 24-03-04 An application has been filed by Kevin Morse and Leona Augustine for a zoning variance to allow the encroachment of a singe family dwelling into the required front yard at the property located at 2521 Brandt School Road in the R-2 Zoning District.
The applications may be examined between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the offices of the Building and Zoning Department. All persons interested in said applications are invited to be present at the above time and place and you will have an opportunity to be heard.
