PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, intends to consider proposed Ordinance No. 678-2023, accepting and adopting as a Borough street Windsor Court in the Willow Ridge Residential Development; authorizing the Council President to execute a Maintenance Agreement with the Developer; repealing all prior inconsistent ordinances; declaring the provisions to be severable; and setting an effective date.
A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined by any citizen on the Borough website; at the Franklin Park Municipal Building; at the newspaper publishing this legal notice; and at the office of the Allegheny County Council Chief Clerk and the Allegheny County Law Library, during regular business hours.
