NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County will meet on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. prevailing local time, in the meeting room of the Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237 to hold a public hearing to hear the following appeal:
Appeal No. ZH 23-07-06 - An application has been filed by Madeline Joyce Hennon Revocable Trust for an appeal from the Zoning Officer’s determination that a second dwelling unit on the same lot cannot be used for a rental property located at 2449 Camp Meeting Road in the R-1 zoning district.
The application may be examined between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the offices of the Building and Zoning Department. All persons interested in said applications are invited to be present at the above time and place and you will have an opportunity to be heard.
