The Franklin Park Borough Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for a FT Patrol Officer position. Starting salary of $71,926 plus benefits with top pay of $95,893 reached after five years. Additional benefits include; five year DROP pension, longevity pay, education incentives and military buy back.  An application may be picked up at the Franklin Park Police Department at 2344 West Ingomar Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, 412-364-1227, M-F 8am-4:30 pm ONLY, or downloaded by following the link at the bottom of this page.

Completed applications must be returned by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020 IN PERSON.  Must show valid photo ID.  A $35 nonrefundable fee, cash or money order only (made payable to Borough of Franklin Park) required upon submission of application.  Applications submitted via fax or email will not be accepted. The physical agility test and written exam will be given on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 8:30 am at the Blueberry Hill Park activity center, located at 1604 Blaine’s Way Sewickley, Pa 15143. Applicants not passing the physical agility test will not be permitted to take the written exam. Applicants with a passing score of 80% or better on the written exam will undergo further testing.
