NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held February 18, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider the following application:
Subdivision Application SS-26-02-03 submitted by Deerfield Estates FP Development, LLC for the Deerfield Estates Lot 329 Subdivision, a simple subdivision to subdivide a parcel that abuts Nicholson Road in the Deerfield Estates Plan into two residential lots in the R-3 Zoning District.
The application may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer.
