PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, to consider the following conditional use application:
Conditional Use Application CU 25-05-01 submitted by Carol Mandera for conditional use approval to allow solar panels to be attached to an accessory use building on the property located at 2644 State Gamelands Road in the R-1 Zoning District.
The application may be examined during regular business hours in the office of the Building Inspector/Zoning Officer. All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present at the above time and place and you will have an opportunity to be heard.
