LEGAL NOTICE
In accordance with Section 108 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, notice is hereby given that on December 18, 2024, the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park enacted Ordinance No. 689-2024, which amended Section 212-501 of the Borough’s Zoning Ordinance, “Table 5-1: Residential Uses Area and Bulk Requirements Table, by deleting the table in its entirety and replacing it with the new table attached to the ordinance.
The full text of the ordinance may be reviewed by members of the public at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 during regular business hours. This publication is intended to provide notification of enactment of this ordinance. Any person claiming a right to challenge the validity of the ordinance must bring a legal action within 30 days of the second publication of this notice.
