PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT
TAKE NOTICE that at its regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237, the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park will hold a public hearing on and thereafter consider the adoption of, and if appropriate enact, Ordinance No. 689-2024 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 212 IN THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK, “ZONING,” TO AMEND THE RESIDENTIAL USES AREA AND BULK REQUIREMENTS TABLE.
The Solicitor prepared this summary: Section 1 amends Table 5-1: Residential Uses Area and Bulk Requirements Table to change building height maximums and add a definition for attic. Sections 2, 3, and 4 are repealer, severability, and effective date clauses respectively.
A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, at the newspaper publishing this legal notice, and at the office of the Allegheny County Council Chief Clerk, Allegheny County Courthouse, Pittsburgh, PA, during regular business hours.
