Contracted Services
Franklin Park Borough is now contracting Animal Control Services for assisting the police department in enforcing Pennsylvania State Dog Laws and Municipal Ordinances pertaining to domestic animals. In addition Animal Control Services will be utilized when a pet is found and the owner can not be located.
Lost Pets
Animal Control Services can be contacted regarding lost and found pets at 724-503-4417 or by visiting their website online. Residents can also report their pet missing and upload a picture on the site. The Police Department also requests you check the site first before contacting police regarding your lost pet.
Dog License
The Franklin Park Police would also remind residents to please obtain a dog license through the Allegheny County Treasures Office by visiting their website. It is not only the law but it can help save you time, money and assist in a speedy return of your pet.
